If you are a customer needing support on any Blue Fire Group products and services, we recommend that you submit a trouble ticket by choosing from one of the following options. This will ensure you get a prompt response to your issue from the correct department.
- If you have a Lead Control Center/My Buying Buddy service, login to your account, click on HELPDESK and submit a TICKET
- If you have a Blue Fire Website, login to your Webpage Administration account, click on HELPDESK and submit a TICKET
- If you have a Non Stop Neighbors Website, login to your website as a Staff user,click on SUPPORT HELPDESK at the bottom of the Administration area and submit a TICKET.
